An intro to your new Barn landlord / lady
We are Daniel & Emma, a family motivated couple in our early 40s who have both grown up in the local area; As a team we are extremely excited to be taking over the Barn! More importantly, our family look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone.
At our core, the biggest priority for us is our customer’s satisfaction. As we’re very passionate people naturally we always go the extra mile to ensure your time with us is a pleasant, enjoyable experience.
To be fully transparent – we are still fairly new to the hospitality industry, 2 years ago we enthusiastically became landlord and lady of the local venue – Bar1 and Kitchen Gorleston… To which we have been overwhelmed by the success our team have had, all despite the trial by fire which came with taking over a business in the heart of the community whilst we all faced a global pandemic.
Needless to say, the last two years have taught us a lot. Now, combining our experience from our 20+ years as active patrons and the lessons learnt from now being the other side of the trade, we hope to share everything we have to offer at Caldecott.
Our Vision:
We are very much aware that the Barn has been home for the local golfing community;
As well as wanting to enhance and expand the services we can offer the club members, we also hope to welcome local residents and those that use any of the facilities at Caldecott.
We will be working closely with Tingdene as they invest and expand the park to embed and shape all the Barn offers around our customers preferences. We hope and aim to become the hub of the Caldecott community, offering a warm friendly welcome to everyone.
